Mesquites hometown agency was started by Jay Hills in 2005. Jay is the owner/Broker of Falcon Ridge Realty. He has been in Real Estate since 1977 in Nevada and Utah. Jay has a supportive wife, six children (five girls and 1 boy) and 14 grandchildren. He enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and four wheeling. He has owned and operated several Real Estate offices and worked in Real Estate through 4 recessions.

You can also take a nice drive to swim, boat, ski, or canoe in Lake Mead's refreshing water. The perfect time to enjoy Lake Mead is May-September.
If you want to shop 'til you drop, Las Vegas is an hour away and St. George is a fun 35-minute drive through the beautiful Virgin River gorge. If you don’t want to leave Mesquite we have a Super Wal-Mart, Bealls Department store, many locally owned clothing, furniture and specialty décor stores.
The well-kept secret adventure of Mesquite and its surrounding desert are the ATV trails. There are hundreds of miles of great trail riding! Ride on top of mesas that overlook the entire desert, speed through the winding dry riverbeds, and attempt the endless vertical climbs. Nature provides moguls and jumps for the biking enthusiast. Go from desert to the mountains and look out over the Virgin Valley. For those who like a leisurely ride full of awestruck scenery, Mesquite and her ATV trails are for you.
For the kids we have 2 movie theatres, a bowling alley, Roller Skating rink, paint ball and a great recreation center with 2 pools for the entire family. If you take a short 35 minute drive to St. George

Mesquite is also home to the National Long Drive competition, many softball tournaments, BMX and Motor Cross racing, a gun club with trap, skeet and sporting clays. We have a great theatre group with youth and adults performing year round. We have a senior center, art center, a nice community college with classes for young and retired. We have a new VA center being built. Mesquite also has a first rate Hospital and many of doctors to treat all of your medical needs.
