Jay has been involved in the real estate industry for 19 years. He has a BA in economics, is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI designation), and has a license to handle commercial property management. Jay loves eating ice cream, enjoys fishing with his grandkids and his favorite pastime is consulting with real estate investors.

Kathi is a native of Western Washington who moved to Mesquite on a hot summer day in July of 2002. She is a Mother of 2 grown children and Grandmother of 3 grandsons, 1 in Hawaii and 2 in Washington state. She was one of the original 3 agents that helped start Falcon Ridge Realty along with the Broker Jay Hills. In just over 2 1/2 years Falcon Ridge Realty has now grown to over 30 agents! Real Estate has continued to boom for Kathi as her sales for 2007 toped 6.5 million! She was elected to the Mesquite Real Estate Board and is in charge of setting up the monthly MLS tour of homes. Shondi is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has lived in Mesquite for six years with her husband and four busy children. She loves spending time with her family and running around to all her kids sporting events. She runs a gymnastics program in her spare time.

Keri is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a BS in Physical Education. She loves to play golf, swim and run. She just finished her first marathon in St. George and is looking forward to next year when she can try it again. She has lived in Mesquite for 2 years and loves the beauty of the desert and the fact that Mesquite boasts year round sunshine.

Darlene and her husband, Craig moved from Las Vegas to Mesquite just over 1 year ago, and loves being here! We enjoy many interests together, family outing's, camping, four wheeling, and watching our grand son play football and basketball. Mesquite is a wonderful place to live and play!
